THE MAPPING GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCTS TO BE SEARCHABLE IN THE SEARCH MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING:

  • Received in the last 3 months if wholesale price is <$30.00 per unit
  • Received in the last 12 months if wholesale price is <$90.00 per unit (>=$30.00)
  • Received in the last 24 months if wholesale price is =>$90.00 per unit
  • Received in the last 12 months regardless of price if the product is considered a slow moving (sells less than approximately 300 cases in 12 months)

SEARCHING

Product Search Box - typing the name of the product or SKU. (Product #) Typing in the Product Search box will attempt to predict which product you are searching for and help you by using the product details from our catalog. If you want something specific you can put double quotes around the SKU# or product name in the search field. Ex. "756811" or "skinny girl"

Category Icon - You may also Jump to a product "Category" Each dropdown contains specific attributes for the search results that you have obtained. Once you have clicked on a product category it will automatically show other search filter options such as: 

  • ​Category – select type for that category from drop down list.
  • Type – select from all types from drop down list
  • Sub Type – select from all sub-types from drop down list.
  • Sweetness – select sweetness codes from drop down list
  • Country of Origin – select from drop down list.

​* Each filter will automatically refresh and can be taken out at any time by clicking on the X. If you remove too many of the filters or the keyword you may end up with no results, which simply means you need to start your search over. 

SEARCH RESULTS DISPLAY View CONTROL

Now that you have found the products that match your search, you can control how you see them:

  • Using the left hand Display drop down, you can change the sort order of the products in a variety of ways.
  • Using the middle display drop down, you can change the number of records to display per page. 
  • Using the 2 square icons to the top right of the search results will change the view between picture view, or plain text view.  Plain text view will be faster for mobile users.
  • If you have more search results than are currently displayed in the list, you can use the Next Matches or Previous Matches links at the top or the bottom of the search results to navigate through the products that match your search

FOUND THE PRODUCT OF INTEREST

You can click on the picture or on the product name/description to see more detailed product info.  By doing so you will be taken to the product details page which contains the size, container type, alcohol content, deposit, origin, supplier, product notes, agent information, and where to find it.  

** Products that show a message to contact the agent for more information on the product. This means the product is only available at certain Licensee establishments.

DIDN'T FIND WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR?

If the search shows no results found, it could mean this product has been discontinued, misspelled or has not been ordered for several months.

 

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Windows XP and above or Macintosh systems. PC 2.0 GHZ, 1 GB Ram. Video Card and monitor capable of displaying at 1024 x 768 resolution. We recommend using the most up to date Chrome browser as this browser is best supported. Other browsers like Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 10+, latest version of Fire Fox are acceptable but not as recommended.
